Well at first I was very, "Should I buy it, or should I not?"  This demo has answered my question.  And that is to NOT buy it.
The game does not satisfy my personal taste.  There are a few things I want to mention that explain why this demo has made me not want the game.
  1. The gameplay.  This does not mean the story.  The story is actuall a strong point.  The way the game played was the weak point.  I felt like I couldn't tell what my Kratos character was doing.  He seemed so far away from the camera.
  2. Controls.  Not really bad, but some issues for me.  The right anolog stick!  The left anolog stick is all your movment.  While the right anolog stick was for evading attacks or projectiles.  It really dissapointed me that I could not look around the world with the right anolog stick like most games would let you.
  3. The complete factor of it being a "cool game".  Recently I have noticed a trend in some games.  And I made a habit of calling these games, "cool games".  "Cool games" are games that attract people who want a easy, or "crazy, sick, awesome" game.  What I mean by this is everything thet put in the game (at least from the demo) is hack and slash with a demi-god that everyone thinks he is a bad-ass.  Just because a game has a bad-ass looking character or weapons does not mean it's good and some people pick games like that.  And they will not admit it being bad because of the hype.  Now some people may love this game, and there is nothing wrong with that.  I just feel the game got all of its hype by having a good looking character, a lot of slow-mo, a lot of crazy un-realistic fighting, and a great concept.
Now of course there are some good things in my opinion.  The concept for one.  Playing as a demi-god that plows through enemies does sound cool, but doing it with a push of 2 buttons is not very interesting when you want a challenge.

Anyways, let's get to the run through of the demo.
I started the download and it took its time...a lot of it too.  I thought it was going to be a nice long demo.  Instead it was quite short.  First you get to the title screen and hit play.  The title screen is the begining of the demo because a nice little cut scene goes right from the title screen.  Basically you have no idea as to what is going on.  You fight off some demons, progress to some harder, larger foes.  At one point you even get to ride on a cyclops and control him to crush your enemies.  You get to shoot down a firey carrige of horses as they try to kill a large beast.  Then you enter a cave and procede to go through a nice flying scene of dodging multiple rocks and wood planks.  Then as you take a epic leap out of this tunnel you jump upon the previously mentioned beast and...and...oh wait...the demo ends there.  It has great demo concept because it make you want to know what happens.

Anyways, I may rent it.  I may buy it if it came down to $30.  However I will not buy this game as a new release.  Play if for youself to examine, because letting me pick your decision is silly.

Thanks for reading, hopefully this was informative.
